She's here ...
Meredith Harper was born at 6:54 am on Friday, September 5, 2003.
She weighed in at 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 20.5" long. More interestingly, she has my family's silly Norwegian nose, and The Husband's chin cleft.
It's going to take a while to put together the full birth story, especially with this little one requesting my attention on a regular basis, but I just wanted to post an update to let everyone know that we're all doing great. I'm now something of a legend at the hospital where we birthed - they don't see very many natural births (I did it!), let alone a mama twirling around during labor like a demented Phish fan. I can't wait to post the whole story ... but right now, I have a baby head to sniff.
